Kakodo is an information service operated by Follow Labs Limited for finding routes, viewing materials and contacting providers and other users. By using the website, you agree to these terms. Shared rides are also subject to the Shared ride rules, which take priority for matters specific to that service. Personal data processing is explained in the Privacy policy.

We do not provide transport, organise rides, sell tickets, collect ride payments or act as an agent for a driver or passenger. Obligations relating to services arise directly between you and the relevant provider or participant.

Routes, timetables, connections, arrival times, descriptions and adverts are for guidance and may be incomplete, inaccurate or outdated. Check important details directly with the carrier or driver before travelling. Search results do not confirm a ticket, seat or feasible connection.

The website is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors or suitability of every result for your circumstances. Features may change or be suspended; this does not remove obligations imposed on us by law.

Comply with the law, provide accurate information and use only your own data or data you are entitled to share. Do not post unlawful, misleading or rights-infringing material. Fraud, spam, harvesting contacts for marketing or resale, bypassing restrictions and disrupting the website are prohibited.

You retain rights in your content and grant us non-exclusive permission to store, display and transmit it as needed to operate your chosen function. Authors are responsible for their adverts. Protect your email, codes and ride management access, and notify us of suspected unauthorised access.

We may hide or remove content and restrict access in response to breaches, security threats, legal requirements or discontinuation of a feature. Report unlawful content or abuse to the email below, including the link and reason.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for third-party services or conduct, cancellations, delays, missed connections, inaccurate adverts or resulting losses. To the same extent, we exclude liability for indirect losses, lost profits and lost business opportunities. Users make their own decisions based on website information.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer rights and rights relating to personal data remain unaffected.

Rights in Kakodo's design, software and original materials belong to us or our licensors. Third-party data and materials are subject to their own licences and terms. Links to other websites do not guarantee their content or services.

Revised terms are published with an effective date and apply to subsequent use. We give advance notice of significant changes where required by law. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

The law of England and Wales applies, without depriving you of mandatory protection under the law of your habitual residence. You may first contact us about a dispute by email. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction; this does not restrict a consumer's right to bring proceedings in a competent court where they live, where provided by law.
